Industry professionals are encouraged to lodge documents with Titles Queensland using eLodgement or eConveyancing.


You can lodge documents by posting the document along with payment to:

You must include a credit card order form (PDF, 211KB) or a cheque or money order made out to ‘Queensland Titles Registry Pty Ltd’.

In person

Drop-off box facility, Brisbane Titles Queensland office

You can lodge documents at the Brisbane Titles Queensland office (located at Level 11, 53 Albert Street, Brisbane) from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) using the drop-off box facility (no face-to-face).

Place documents in the drop-off box along with the completed drop-off box lodgement agreement and payment. Refer to Titles Queensland drop-off box lodgement instructions (DOCX, 36KB) which contains the drop-off box lodgement agreement.

Regional business centres

You can lodge documents at selected regional business centres during the hours indicated. Please make sure you arrive early enough to finalise your lodgements before closing time.

You can pay by cash, EFTPOS, credit card (Visa or MasterCard only) or cheque or money order made out to ‘Department of Resources’.

Registration timeframes for titling instruments

We understand your time is valuable and work hard to give those with interests in Queensland assets access to reliable, and accurate records in a timely manner. Our standard client service timelines are as follows:

  • titling instruments, correctly lodged: five business days
  • plans of survey, correctly lodged: five business days if endorsed by an accredited surveyor, otherwise 10 days.
