Fast Track is an optional service for Titles Queensland customers that offers faster examination services when you need it most.

How it works
STEP 2
Lodge
Lodge your dealing/s through your preferred method, and pay your lodgement fees. Note your dealing number/s.
STEP 3
Request
From 23rd February 2026, submit your Fast Track request online ($120 inc GST per dealing).
Please note: Fast Track requests must be submitted for all related dealings over the same title.
STEP 4
Review
Requests received before 12:00pm (noon) AEST will be accepted / declined on the same day. Requests received after 12:00pm (noon) AEST or made on a non-business day will be accepted / declined, by 10:30am AEST on the next business day.
STEP 5
Complete
If accepted, examination of your dealings will be completed within 3 business days from the time of request submission.
Eligibility
Fast Track requests must be made for all related dealings lodged over a title.
Survey plans and their related dealings are not eligible for Fast Track.
However, our Pre-Examination Service provides expedited examination and other benefits for these dealings.
Dealings that include overseas witnesses.
A Fast Track request will be declined if there are other dealings related to the same title awaiting examination.
Important
If you require urgent examination to avoid significant personal or financial hardship, our Hardship Priority Service provides priority examination services for any dealing type.

Only credit card payment is accepted for Fast Track requests.
Once you have received the lodged dealing numbers from Titles Queensland, please complete the Fast Track request form here (available from 23rd February 2026).
Fast Track requests are made for each lodgement and must include all related dealings over a title.
If the related dealings span multiple lodgements, please submit multiple Fast Track requests (one for each lodgement).
It may have been declined because the dealings do not fall within the scope of this service. Please check our Fast Track Eligibility Criteria.
Over 98% of dealings lodged each year with us are eligible for the Fast Track service.
Operationally complex requests such as Survey plan lodgements are not eligible. Titles Queensland’s Pre-Examination service can be used instead to increase confidence and expedited examination of such lodgements.

Once a Fast Track request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled.
Due to the variety and volume of Fast Track requests received, we cannot guarantee your request will be processed sooner than 3 business days.
When you request a Fast Track it includes all related dealings you lodged on the same title, incurring the associated fee for each.
You can request a Fast track to speed up the examination for returned documents. However, you can only submit an application when returned documents are received by Titles Queensland
