Registrar of Titles directions for the preparation of plans
This document outlines the standards and specifications for the types of plans acceptable to Titles Queensland. They should be read in conjunction with the Land Title Act 1994 (PDF, 996KB), Land Act 1994 (PDF, 2.1MB), Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (PDF, 2MB), the land title practice manual and the cadastral survey requirements.
