233 – New functionality added to eConveyancing & Land Title Practice Manual (LTPM) Update

New functionality has been implemented into eConveyancing, allowing Leases to be lodged with Titles Queensland via an Electronic Lodgment Network Operator (ELNO). The Land Title Practice Manual (LTPM) has been updated to reflect this change.

Different ELNOs may not offer this functionality. Please check with your ELNO for this information.

LTPM Updates Published 8 December 2025

The LTPM has been updated and is available on our website.

The primary updates relate to Part 7 – Lease/Sub-lease, where the prescribed requirements and attachment types supported for leases lodged via eConveyancing are detailed.
