All mail undergoes security screening prior to delivery to Titles Queensland. Documentation received through registered post may take an additional 24-48 hours to process notwithstanding Australia Post delivery confirmation.
Industry professionals can lodge ‘required instruments’ in paper via post if an exemption applies to them and a completed Exemption Request Form (ERF) is included.
Registration timeframes for titling instruments
We understand your time is valuable and work hard to give those with interests in Queensland assets access to reliable, and accurate records in a timely manner. Our standard client service timelines are as follows:
- Titling instruments, correctly lodged: five business days
- Plans of survey, correctly lodged: five business days (plans of survey must be lodged in international size A3).
