From Monday 23 February 2026, we’re launching a range of new services designed to enhance your titling journey.
These new services are in addition to our current offering, Online Title and Image Searches (OTIS) and the result of focussed and ongoing industry and customer engagement, ensuring our modern registry aligns with the needs of our many customers.

Pre-Examination | Pilot phase commences 23 February 2026
Initial assessment of survey plans and associated dealings prior to formal lodgement. The service can run concurrently with councils’ plan sealing process, providing an opportunity to identify and rectify issues early.
