Titles Queensland lodgement service evolution & facility update

Titles Queensland is evolving our lodgement service offerings to support a seamless titling experience, enabling our customers to lodge with us from wherever they are.

To deliver this, Titles Queensland is proud to introduce our new online lodgement channel Titles Electronic Drop Box (TED) – live from 8:30am Monday 20 July 2026.

This new channel will support:

Requisitions – facilitating the electronic return of the majority of paper and eConveyanced requisitions for all customers, with notifications sent via email and ability to respond online (requisitions issued post-commencement only); and

Lodgements – enabling online lodgement for a limited selection of single-party dealings for individuals who are self-representing.

TED joins our existing online lodgement channels for professionals, eLodgement, and eConveyancing.

As part of this process, our Brisbane-based drop box service will close to all customers from 4:00pm on Friday 4 September 2026.
