Notification of Titles Payment Gateway – effective Thursday 20 August

Titles Queensland advises as of Thursday 20 August 2026, we will introduce the Titles Payment Gateway a secure, digital gateway for customers to complete credit card payments via BPOINT.

What has changed?
Following the introduction of Titles Payment Gateway, paper credit card forms will be accepted until Friday 4 September 2026. After this date, we will no longer accept paper credit card forms for payment. Customers who are lodging via post will need to pre-pay online via the Gateway and attach their payment receipt to their documents.

Why has this changed?
This change provides a more secure payment channel and aligns with industry best practice for payment card information handling.
