Public access to Brisbane office restricted from Monday, 7 September 2026

Access to the Titles Queensland Brisbane office will no longer be available from Monday 7 September 2026, following the closure of Titles Queensland’s drop box facility at close of business on Friday 4 September. All lodgements must be submitted via online lodgement or post. View our available lodgement channels here.

Titles Queensland introduced the Titles Electronic Drop Box (TED) on Monday 20 July 2026 to facilitate online lodgement for a selection of common single-party dealings. This channel is designed for use by individuals who are self-representing in their titling activities.

For professional titling activities, consider using either eLodgement or eConveyancing.
