239 – Notification of Revised Fees – Effective 1 July 2026

Titles Queensland would like to remind our customers that Titles Queensland’s revised fees (FY26/27) will take effect from 1 July 2026.

This revision is in accordance with Section 13 of the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 (‘the Act’) – available here.

As of 9:00am Wednesday 1 July 2026, these updates will be reflected on our online fee calculator.

The FY26/27 fee list is available via our website – here.

Please note that up to and including 30 June 2026, the existing fees will continue to apply.
