Titles Payment Gateway & Land Title Practice Manual (LTPM) Update

Titles Queensland advises that as of Monday 7 September 2026 credit card payments for lodgement via post must be completed through the Titles Payment Gateway – which can be accessed via our website: Payments – Titles Queensland.

Please note: Customers lodging through Titles Electronic Drop Box (TED) or using Online Title and Image Searches (OTIS), and Fast Track should complete their payments through those services.

What has changed?

We will no longer accept credit card forms for payment (via post or email). Customers who are lodging via post will need to pre-pay online via the Gateway and include the approved receipt of payment with their documents.

Why has this changed?

This change provides a more secure payment channel and aligns with industry best practice for payment card information handling.

LTPM Updates Published Friday 4 September 2026

From Monday 7 September 2026, public access to our Brisbane office will no longer be available and our drop box facility will be closed.

The LTPM has been updated to reflect the changes to our lodgement channels and is available on our website.
