228 – Notification of Revised Fees – Effective 1 July 2025

Titles Queensland advises that our revised fees (FY25/26) will take effect from 1 July 2025.

This revision is in accordance with Section 14 of the Queensland Future Fund (Titles Registry) Act 2021 (‘the Act’) – available here.

Titles Queensland’s online fee calculator will be updated to reflect these changes ready for 1 July 2025.

The FY25/26 fee list is available via our website – here.

Please note that up to and including 30 June 2025, the existing fees will continue to apply.
